Choose one direction
If writing comes naturally, try answering customer questions; if you enjoy organising information, explore data tasks. Read the language, software and schedule requirements of each role. “No experience required” does not automatically mean training is provided.
- Write down the days and hours you can actually work.
- Check your connection, headset and computer; do not buy equipment before agreeing on the requirements.
- Describe your Uzbek, Russian and English communication skills honestly.
Demonstrate a skill with a small example
A practice assignment can show how you think. Do not present it as a real client commission. Briefly explain the task, your actions and the result you checked; never use another person's private customer data.
Make your first application specific
Instead of sending the same long message everywhere, explain how you meet one or two requirements. Include education, a relevant project, skills and contact details in your résumé. Be open about not having commercial experience and link to your sample.
Ask about training, supervision, the trial period and working hours. Keep a simple application log with the date, role and response; it can help you decide what to improve.
Your checklist
- You have chosen a direction and stated your availability.
- You have at least one clearly labelled practice example.
- Your résumé link opens on another device.
- You have checked the employer's name and offer terms.
